- Blender (free) — File → Import → glTF 2.0; the model arrives in meters, and from there you can simplify it, recolor it and render it.

FAQ: glTF for Isabela
Which layers are included in the 3D model?
Only building geometry. Roads, landuse, water, and boundaries are not included in the 3D scene.
Is terrain relief included?
Yes, where elevation data (DEM) covers the area: buildings sit on the terrain and the top of the base follows the slope. Without DEM the model stands at z = 0. A bare relief surface is the separate Terrain Mesh format.
What's the difference between glTF and GLB?
glTF is text JSON + separate binary files. GLB is everything in one binary file (more compact).
Can I view it in a browser?
Yes, glTF is the standard for web 3D. Use three.js, Babylon.js, or Cesium.
Where do building heights come from?
From OSM tags: height, building:levels, or 9m default (3 floors).
