1. Service Description
osm2cdr.ru is a service for exporting OpenStreetMap cartographic data into CAD, GIS, 3D, navigation and raster formats. The current list of supported formats is published in the format catalogue.
2. Data License
Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). All derivative works inherit ODbL terms. Attribution is required: «© OpenStreetMap contributors».
3. Open Beta Period
As of the date of publication of these Terms, osm2cdr.ru operates in public beta mode («Open Beta»). As of today:
- All export formats, all map styles, and all coordinate reference systems are open to every user, with no tier restrictions;
- Map export is available at no charge. Paid services are governed by the Public Offer; prices are shown on the Pricing page and in the personal account;
- Limits on daily export count, area size, format access, and other quotas are technically disabled;
- Any tentative values for future paid-tier limits mentioned in marketing materials, documentation, or other pages within this domain are indicative only and are not enforceable until they are actually introduced;
- No end date for the Open Beta period has been announced. Users will receive at least 30 days notice before any fees or limits take effect, by email and on this site.
Nothing in this section limits the operator's right to suspend service to prevent abuse (see § 5).
4. Payment and Refunds
The subject matter of the contract, prices, the payment procedure, the moment of performance and the refund procedure are set out in the Public Offer (published in Russian). Acceptance of the offer is made by payment; free use of the service, including the starter map credits, does not constitute acceptance of the offer and is governed by these Terms.

5. Usage Restrictions
- Using the service to violate any laws
- Creating unreasonable load (DDoS, mass scraping)
- Reselling access without prior agreement
6. Disclaimer
OpenStreetMap data is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of map data. The service is provided without uptime guarantees.
7. Limitation of Liability
For free use of the service, the operator's liability is limited to remedying identified defects within a reasonable time. Liability for paid services is governed by the Public Offer and by the laws of the Russian Federation. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of exported data.
8. Suspension
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access for violations of these terms, service abuse, or legitimate complaints.
9. Changes
We notify users of changes 30 days in advance via email or site notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
