This policy explains when we refund payments made on osm2cdr.com. It is part of our Terms of Service and does not limit your statutory rights. The seller is:

1. When You Get a Refund
- The export was not delivered. The job failed or the file never became available for download.
- The file is technically defective (it does not open, is empty or corrupted, or does not match the format and area you ordered) and a repeated render did not fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same order or top-up.
- Unused wallet balance. You may ask for a refund of a top-up or package that you have not spent, within 14 days of the payment.
2. When a Refund Is Not Due
- The file was delivered successfully and matches the order (area, format and options you chose).
- You selected the wrong area or format yourself. In that case we will usually render the corrected order once more free of charge, as a goodwill gesture.
3. How to Request a Refund
Write to support@osm2cdr.com and include:
- the order number;
- the e-mail address of your account;
- a short description of the problem.
4. Timing
- We decide on a request within 14 days of receiving it, and usually much sooner.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank normally credits the money within 5–10 business days.
- Where it is quicker, and only if you agree, we can return the amount to your wallet instead.
5. Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually solve problems faster than a chargeback, and a dispute freezes the payment while the bank reviews it.
