When the right of withdrawal applies
- Wallet top-ups and packages you have not used yet: within 14 days of payment.
- An order you have paid for whose processing has not started yet: within 14 days of the contract.
When it is lost
Each export is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you asked us to deliver the file right away and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal, the right ends once the file is available for download (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). A file that was not delivered or is defective is still covered by the Refund Policy.
What happens next
We refund within 14 days of receiving your statement, through Link to the original payment method. We reply within 2 business days; complaints are decided within 14 days at the latest. See also our Terms of Service (Section 8).
