When does Open Beta end?
There is no date. We will switch payments on when we decide to, and announce it on the site in advance. Until then everything is free with no limits.
What counts as one map?
One selected area. You can download it again in another format, style or with other settings — it is the same map. A new area is a new map.
Do packs expire?
No. Purchased maps stay in your account until you use them.
What if an export fails?
The map is returned to your account automatically, no support request needed.
Can I buy maps right now?
Not yet — sales are closed and everything is free. We will announce on the site when payments open.
