Neno 的 CSV 文件：整幅地图以单个文件形式提供, 该文件是纯文本，可用任意编辑器打开, 所有要素都在一个集合中，源图层名称保留在 _layer 字段里, 几何图形以 WKT 字符串形式写在单独的列中, OpenStreetMap 标签作为要素属性保留。
